Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at DARIYA HOME. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we are here to help.


We are UK Registered company and under UK law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. If you wish to return a product, please contact us within this timeframe to initiate the process. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and should not have been used or damaged in any way.

There is no restocking fee and you will not be charged for the original shipping cost. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product

Only unused and unwashed items in the original packaging are eligible for the return. We reserve the right to refuse a return where there is evidence that the product has been used, damaged, altered, or where this Return Policy has been abused.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us to agree on a solution.

We suggest providing a photo or video of the item clearly showing the problems so that we can confirm the issue and offer the best solution for you.

If you initiated your return with reason "I no longer required", you will have to make sure the item is in perfect condition with original packaging. If the returned product is not received in its original, unused condition and cannot reasonably be resold as new, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the refund entirely, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Can I get store credit / gift card instead of a refund?

Yes, absolutely! We are flexible and customers’ satisfaction is at our top priority.

We regret that we are unable to provide exchange service currently. You may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, it being specified that the return procedure and the new order will be independent processes. Check our return policy frequently, as we believe we will be able to provide product exchange in the near future.

Orders in Transit

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled while it is in transit.

If a customer no longer wishes to receive the order, they may refuse delivery or contact us after delivery to discuss the available options under this Return Policy.

Refunds for dispatched orders are not processed until the goods are successfully returned and inspected.

Refused Orders

Orders refused without prior agreement may be subject to return shipping charges, customs fees and carrier handling fees, which may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied by us, customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item, including return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any applicable carrier fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Dariya Home cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

There are no restocking fees, and we do not deduct the original shipping cost from approved refunds


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Refused Delivery

Where an order is refused without prior agreement with Dariya Home, any return shipping costs, customs duties, storage fees or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
