We are a UK-registered company, and under UK law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. If you wish to return a product, please contact us within this timeframe to initiate the process. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and should not have been used or damaged in any way.
There is no restocking fee and you will not be charged for the original shipping cost. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product
Only unused and unwashed items in the original packaging are eligible for the return. In extremely rare cases, we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the product has been used or damaged by the customer, or if the return policy has been abused.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us to agree on a solution.
We suggest providing a photo or video of the item clearly showing the problems so that we can confirm the issue and offer the best solution for you.
If you initiated your return with reason "I no longer required", you will have to make sure the item is in perfect condition with original packaging. If the product you return cannot be resold, we will issue a partial or 0 refund according to the actual situation.
Can I get store credit / gift card instead of a refund?
Yes, absolutely! We are flexible and customers’ satisfaction is at our top priority.
We regret that we are unable to provide exchange service currently. You may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, it being specified that the return procedure and the new order will be independent processes. Check our return policy frequently, as we believe we will be able to provide product exchange in the near future.
